Information used for your rental

We collect the contact information, requested dates, vehicle selection, driver’s license and insurance documents you submit to review and administer a rental. Documents and confirmed extracted fields are encrypted in protected server storage and accessible only through your private request link and authorized administration. Keep your private link confidential. They are not published in the vehicle catalog.

Payments and providers

Online card payments are temporarily disabled. Payments are arranged directly with our team; this website does not collect full payment card numbers. The website voice assistant uses OpenAI. SMS notifications use Quo when configured. With your optional explicit consent, document photos are sent to OpenAI for text extraction using GPT-5 nano. You can correct and confirm the result, or enter details manually without AI. Extraction does not verify identity or insurance coverage; our staff reviews documents. API response storage is disabled, but OpenAI may retain data under its applicable data policies.

Voice conversations

Microphone access is optional. Starting a call permits the text transcript to be saved for customer service. This application does not save audio recordings. The transcript retention period is displayed in the call panel. You may call our team instead of using the AI assistant.

Storage and retention

Uploaded driver and insurance documents and extracted document details are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Rental and payment records may be retained separately for business administration and applicable obligations. Ask our team about access, correction or deletion of your information.

Google Analytics and your choices

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, traffic sources, viewed cars, date searches, FAQ interactions and clicks on our telephone links. Clicking a phone link does not confirm that a call or rental took place. Google may process device, browser and approximate location information and use analytics cookies. Event data is retained for up to 14 months. Choose Allow analytics or Decline, and change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, driver or insurance documents, voice transcripts or payment secrets to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled. Analytics is skipped when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Website storage and measurement

A session cookie secures the administration area. Your browser may keep a temporary rental-request access token so you can return to your request. We collect aggregate website actions such as opening a vehicle page or submitting a request, without uploading document contents, full contact details or payment secrets into website analytics. If your browser sends Do Not Track, this aggregate event endpoint is skipped.
